We are also members of the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) and approved to install Solar Photovoltaic (PV) and Heat Pumps including ground source heat pumps, water source heat pumps and air source heat pumps. The MCS is a nationally recognised quality assurance scheme, supported by the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy.
MCS certifies microgeneration technologies used to produce electricity and heat from renewable sources and is also an eligibility requirement for the Government’s financial incentives, which include the Feed-in Tariff and the Renewable Heat Incentive. We are annually assessed based on a set of installer standards and product scheme requirements and assessments take place on site at installations and in our office. The overall quality management system which is in place is assessed covering every aspect of microgeneration technology and associated outcomes.
